If your organization is interested in a donation, please complete the downloadable form below and return it to The Icing along with your request on letterhead a minimum of 14 days in advance.

While The Icing would be happy to support every organization that requests a donation, unfortunately this just is not possible.  If The Icing does make a donation, please be prepared to pick up the donation in a timely manner as well as provide a receipt for the item(s).
